Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

     ¾ kilo ground beef
     1 egg, beaten
     2 slices ham, chopped
     ½ cup breadcrumbs
     ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
     ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
     ¼ cup grated cheese
     Salt and pepper
     1 can condense cream of mushroom soup
     1/3 cup water
Procedure

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Season with some salt and pepper. Add ¼ cup of the soup. Mix well then form into patties. Transfer to a baking pan and water 350of for 30 minutes. Add water to the remaining soup. Pour over patties then bake for another 10 minutes.
