Glazed Carrots

 Ingredients:

     2 tablespoons butter

     ¼ kilo baby carrots, pared

      1 cup water

      Salt and pepper to taste

      ½ tablespoon sugar

     1 chopped parsley (optional)
Procedure:

Melt butter in a skillet. Add carrots water, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook uncovered until carrots are slightly soft and water has evaporated. Transfer to a plate garnish with butter and chopped parsley.
