Crab Soup

Ingredients:

        2 teaspoons oil
        4 cloves garlic, crushed
        1 onion, diced
        1 cup chopped tomatoes
        1 cup crabmeat
        3 tablespoons butter
        1 tablespoon Maya all-purpose flour
        4 cups water
        2 cups diced potatoes
        1 tablespoon vinegar salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:

Heat oil then sauté garlic, onions, tomatoes and crabmeat. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt butter then add flour. Cook for a few minutes then add the sautéed mixture, water, potatoes, vinegar and seasonings. Cook until potatoes are tender.
