Filipino Salad

Ingredients:


   2 eggplants, broiled then peeled
   5 pieces okra, blanched and trimmed
   1 ampalaya, soaked in brine solution then sliced
   4 tomatoes cut into wedges
   1 sing Kamas, peeled then cut into strips
   2 pieces green mango or
   4 pieces Indian mango, sliced
   1 onion, sliced
  Sauce:
    Bagoong isda
    Bagoong alamang (guisado)
    Vinegar with siling labuyo
    Patis 

Procedures:

Arrange all vegetables separately on a platter, put the  sauces in small bowls and serve with salad.
