Ingredients:
1/4 cup of butter
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 cup of finely chopped mangoes
1/4 cup of mango juice (or water)
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2. Cream butter, sugar and egg.
3. Add mangoes and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well
4. Pour mixture preferably on a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
5. Bake for 50 minutes.
