Ingredients:

300 grams of Fish Fillet (any kind)
½ cup of melted cheddar cheese or cheese spread
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium white onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 pc. Carrot (small), julienne
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:

1. Season the fish will salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Arrange the fish and all the remaining ingredients evenly in a well-greased pan.
3. Cover the pan with aluminum foil before putting the pan in the oven.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 300 F.
5. When cooked, pour the melted cheese on top of the fish before serving.
6. Garnish with olives or any green veggies and a slice of orange on the side.
