This recipe is ideal for busy individuals. You can prepare this in less than 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
4 cups of cooked ground pork or beef
6 pieces of medium sized green or red bell peppers
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2 slightly beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste
cooking oil for frying
Procedures:
1. Cut the top portion of the bell peppers then hollow them out.
2. Mix all the ingredients and stuff the mixture to the bell peppers.
3. Heat some oil and deep fry until golden brown.
4. In case you do not like to deep fry the bell peppers, you can just bake it at 250 Centigrade for 10 - 15 minutes.
5. Garnish with grated cheese or green lettuce.
6. Best served with rice.
