
Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
4 stalks of celery, diced
5 ears of corn, boiled and grated (around 2 cups)
1 potato, cubed
1 carrot, cubed
2 1/2 cup of water of chicken broth
1/3 cup of tomato sauce
1 cup evaporated milk
4 stalks of green onions, chopped
Procedure:
1. Saute garlic, onions and celery in oil. Add all the vegetables.
2. Add the broth/water and simmer until vegetables are cook
3. Add the tomato sauce. Add milk, salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle chopped green onions before serving.
