Ingredients:
½ cup oil
1 head garlic, crushed
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoon
4 medium-size tomatoes, sliced
1 whole chicken, cut into serving
Portions
Patis to taste
4 cups water
100 grams baguio beans, Cut into 1 inch lengths
3 eggplants, sliced
4 pieces siling labuyo (optional)
2-3 cups finely chopped young Sampalok leaves
Procedure:
Sauté garlic, onion, ginger, tomatoes and chicken in hot oil. Add patis to taste. Pour in water. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender. Add vegetable then cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add sampalok leaves and siling labuyo. Cover and bring to a boil.
