Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon minced ginger
4 tablespoons oil
1 kilo beef sirloin or tenderloin
Sliced thinly
3 cups beef stock
½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ beef bouillon cube
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
½teaspoon pepper
¼cup Maya all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
Procedure:
In a wok, heat oil then sauté garlic, ginger and onions. Add beef slices and stir-fry over high heat until light brown in color. Add the beef stock, Soy sauce, liquid seasoning, sesame oil, beef cube, sugar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Combine flour and cornstarch. Dissolve in some water then add to the sauce. Cook until sauce is thick and beef is tender. Add the sesame seeds and green onions.
