Baked Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:


1 2/3 cups Maya all-purpose flour
     ¾ cups packed brown sugar
     1/3 cup cocoa powder
     1 teaspoon baking soda
     ½ teaspoon salt
     1 cup water
     1/3 cup oil
     1 teaspoon vinegar
     ½ teaspoon vanilla confectioner’s sugar
 Procedures:

Preheat oven to 350of
Mix flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt with a fork in an ungreased 8-inch square pan. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the confectioner’s sugar. Mix well. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Dust top with confectioners ‘sugar.
