Ingredients:
4 pieces garlic, minced
100 grams pork, cut into ½ inch cubes
1 tablespoon Maya all-purpose flour
water or both
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
Pepper
2 bundies kangkong,
Cut into 2 inch lengths
2 tablespoon oilHeat oil in a wok then sauté garlic. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Add flour. Pour in enough broth or water to cook the pork. Add soy sauce, vinegar and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add kangkong and cook until tender. Adjust soy sauce if needed.
